Since then, AIESEC has spread across 120+ countries and territories and making positive impacts on millions of youth. WHAT WE OFFER We provide unique life-changing opportunities for post-secondary students and recent graduates to intern or volunteer abroad with partner organizations. We like working with non-profit organizations who dream big dreams but may not have the capacity or the fulltime resources to realize them. We offer a wide range of customized services to help CEOs, Executive Directors, non-profit boards and organizational leaders that are looking to generate more donor support and grow their infrastructure in a sustainable way. In addition, we provide expertise on the broader management of non-profits. We have an established track record of raising funds, but also improving HR practices specific to non-profits, creating capacity with integrated teams, developing policies and processes, assisting boards with different governance models and creating government and public advocacy strategies.
