SI Robotics builds dual-use robotic systems designed for environments where machines must interact with the physical world under real constraints. Our focus is the hardest unsolved layer of autonomy: the moment of contact — where force, motion and materials meet. While most AI systems learn from pixels and data, physical work requires machines that understand force, compliance and tactile interaction. We build the hardware and control systems that make this possible. Our platform integrates: • proprietary actuation systems • dense tactile sensing • force-aware manipulation • deterministic reflex-level control These systems generate real-world interaction data used to train Tactile Dynamic Foundation Models — Physical AI models grounded in force, contact and motion rather than vision alone. Built in Poland, on NATO’s eastern flank, Si Robotics develops a sovereign European robotics stack for dual-use automation across defence and heavy industry. Robots are the platform. Physical AI is the outcome.
