hackNYs aim is to build a diverse and inclusive tech community to empower the next generation of responsible leaders in NYC.
Since 2010, hackNY has empowered a community of student-technologists in New York City through the annual hackNY Summer Fellowship program. hackNY is co-organized by hackNY alumNY along with faculty from NYU, and Columbia.
The hackNY Fellows program curates a summer co-living community for talented, creative student technologists at NYC tech companies. They integrate themselves into our network of socially-conscious alumNY at our curated Speaker Series, mixers, and celebrations.
The hackNY Fellows Program was listed as one of the Top 10 Summer Fellowships by ProFellow, and has been featured by CNN, the Wall Street Journal, and the New York Observer.

For 200 years—since 1817—the Academy has brought together extraordinary people working at the frontiers of discovery. * The Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists identify and encourage promising young scientists early in their careers, when they need it the most
* The Innovators in Science Award recognizes promising Early Career Scientists and outstanding Senior Scientists in the therapeutic areas of Neuroscience, Gastroenterology, Regenerative Medicine, and Oncology
