Focus PCA typically invests in companies with pre-money valuations in the range of $5M - $50M, but we occasionally consider opportunities that are outside this range. Procurement: We can lead you through P2P operations strategy, technology recommendation, policy and procedures, and organization structure a well as sourcing strategy and execution across your commodities.
