We enable trailblazers who are building towards a decarbonised world. Scaling market-ready technologies that win on cost, speed, and performance. Scope: - Stage: Pre-Seed & Seed - Scope: All Industries - Geography: Europe & North America - Ticket Size: €250-750k Investment Focus: - Economically-superior: Adoption driven by cost, performance, and speed, not by regulation, subsidies, or goodwill. - Near-Market: We invest in validated (TRL5+) solutions with early traction and a maximum two-year path to commercialization. - Massive Impact: Every startup we back has the potential to cut at least 50 million tons of CO₂e a year. We invest where capital can be truly catalytic. - Scale-Ready: Proven economics, low capex, and clear paths to rapid deployment in established industries where Endgame Capital can accelerate growth. How we support: We have built and scaled startups. We move fast, stay close, and add value where it matters. From lab to launch, we’ve helped climate tech teams land their first hires, first customers, and their first real go-to-market strategy. Fit the thesis? To buy our products: https://forms.office.com/r/vJcUViJM6i Almost all seafood is farmed, and almost all farmed seafood uses wild-caught fish as the protein component of feed. INSEACT changes this by replacing fish protein with insect protein. INSEACT grows black soldier fly larvae fed with waste from the palm oil industry that was otherwise destined for landfill. INSEACTs unique protein application in shrimp aquaculture performs more profitably than traditional feed options. This improved performance allows INSEACT to achieve ESG impact at scale, with a focus in Asia. The high-performance protein product INSEACT offers diverts agri-waste back from landfill back into the foodstream to close the circular economy loop. The founders met at INSEAD MBA, have a background in food entrepreneurship and industrial scale-up, and previously worked at the European market leader in insect protein.

Disperse gives construction project teams actionable data and insights that drive better business decisions. Project management teams need access to the right data in order to keep a project moving forward and keep stakeholders satisfied. But instead, they are drip-fed inaccurate data from time-consuming, manual, onsite reports. So how do construction firms resolve this? By leveraging a building productivity platform that provides accurate, objective data in a matter of minutes. Enter Disperse. Our award-winning platform is a unique combination of Human + AI hybrid technology that tracks what matters and provides reports that are scalable, accessible, and reliable. We detect impending issues with our 360-degree imaging and data-capture technology that allows teams to track what is happening at a construction site at any time, from any place. Our data is easily accessible and actionable through our intuitive UI, designed with and for Project Managers to save time and effort. “This isn’t just about optimising workflows or doing things faster, but rather about changing the way we operate to do things in a more integrated, consistent, and data-driven manner. Disperse gives our project teams the capacity and digital capability to innovate and build new processes.” - Paul Connolly, Director of Technical Services at Mace
