Stellicare’s HIPAA compliant, SaaS software enables healthcare organizations to transition to collaborative, value-based reimbursement and outcome-driven care. Our software enables existing on-site clinical staff to manage behavioral health issues, leading to increased revenue and improved clinical and financial outcomes. Stellicare employs our widely adopted, proprietary, clinical self-management program which has helped over 50K patients in over 4000 clinics since 2011 and is currently being used by two, Fortune 500 companies. In five separate research projects, our proprietary clinical program has been shown to lower rates of depression, anxiety and improve the quality of life and adherence related metrics including missed treatments. We provide enterprise software and a direct-to-consumer app, Coping Cabana, currently in beta. Our software provides all the necessary components for organizations to use their existing staff to effectively manage behavioral health issues that impact health and financial outcomes. Stellicare is used by the clinician, administrator, and patient. We provide clinical training and real-time guidance for the clinician. Data management and tracking of clinician and patient outcomes for the program administrator. Mobile health and patient engagement platform for the patient. Stellicare fully owns the algorithm and clinical content which are proprietary, complex, deep and patentable. We use machine learning to enable AI capabilities. Our SaaS-based software is licensed annually to healthcare organizations on a per-user basis. Pricing is dependent on the number of clinicians and administrators using the software.

Symptom Targeted Intervention (or STI) is a proprietary program created in 2010 to help patients improve clinical outcomes and engage more in their healthcare. Since then, STI has been rolled out to over 5000 clinics and hospitals across the US, UK, and Canada. Research suggests that it decrease depression, missed treatments, hospitalizations and anxiety and increases quality of life score and patient engagement . STI is being used by Kaiser Permanente, DaVita, FMC, among others and saves an average of $2-14K per patient per year due to improved treatment adherence and decreased hospitalization rates. We are 85% penetrated in US renal clinics, and are scaling our program to other clinical contexts such as chronic care management and hospital readmission prevention. We have active pilot programs with 3 university hospitals and 2 private hospital chains to test new clinical applications of STI. Our revenue is derived from a combination of licensing fees, implementation consulting, and physical products.
