We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. General Mills is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best—bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one other and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

The Wolverine Venture Fund is the first student-led venture capital fund with over $7 million in AUM. WVF focuses on Series A and Series B opportunities in biomedicine, healthcare IT, advanced materials, and other emerging technologies. The team consists of Ross MBA students as well as students from other graduate programs at the University of Michigan. We collaborate with VCs and CEOs to perform due diligence to invest approximately $50k-$200k in startup opportunities alongside VC firms. WVF Student Advisor members learn to assess the potential of a new technology and market, conduct series A and B due diligence, and create and defend investment theses.
