Umay is technology that was built to help you rest. The reason we do this is because were spending the majority of our waking hours in front of screens and its affecting our sleep, mental health and our eyes. Our origins are rooted in solving at-home compliance for digital eye strain; the itchy dry eyes thats become our generations new normal. Which evolved into gentle thermal vibrations that help the mind and body respond to stress, relax and sleep better. By combining thermal therapy and the neuroscience of frequency & vibration, Umay resets the effects of screen time with Thermal Meditation to help you unwind, get to sleep and relax strained eyes.
