This strategy not only stimulates a strong adaptive immune response characterized by the production of high-affinity antibodies and cytotoxic T cells crucial for targeting tumor cells, but also actively engages natural killer cells supported by memory cells. First pre-clinical lead candidates are addressing HER2 and GD2 cancers, incl. breast cancer, neuroblastoma, melanoma as well as HPV/HBV-related cancers with potential of at least two first-in-class drug candidates and at least one in the orphan drug and fast track regulatory designations.
