Dance was founded on the purpose of having a positive impact across health, sustainability and livable cities. Through our subscription service we want to make the e-bike the primary way people move about cities. We believe this will make people happier, the planet healthier and our cities more livable.

Siamo unimpresa di giovani appassionati che dal 2015 lavora per promuovere l’agricoltura e l’artigianato sostenibili dal punto di vista sociale, ambientale, economico, nutrizionale. Siamo aperti da 7 anni. Ad oggi abbiamo 5 negozi a Bologna e un laboratorio di pane, pizza e dolci, tostiamo caffè specialty direttamente nella nostra roastery, produciamo cioccolato e coltiviamo il nostro grano in Abruzzo. Questo grazie all’impegno nel costruire una solida squadra felice tramite continui percorsi di formazione interna. Abbiamo a cuore la crescita, il benessere e la felicità dei nostri lavoratori e siamo certificati Great Place To Work. Oltre a curare il benessere delle persone, ci impegniamo quotidianamente anche per il benessere del pianeta; siamo diventati una società Benefit e siamo anche certificati B Corp. Il nostro modello di impresa felice si alimenta grazie ad un ecosistema comunitario basato su relazioni di stima e amicizia. Abbiamo costruito una solida rete di retail B2B composta da ristoranti, alberghi, botteghe e marketplaces online. Affianchiamo spesso queste realtà anche con servizi di consulenza e formazione per condividere il nostro modo di fare impresa. Nel 2019 per continuare la nostra crescita abbiamo fatto la nostra prima campagna crowdfunding e raccolto € 1.2 M (6x l’obiettivo iniziale), grazie ai quali abbiamo realizzato tanti progetti che hanno favorito il nostro sviluppo. Nel 2022 insieme ad un gruppo di bakery amiche che condividono la stessa visione, per continuare a crescere senza perdere autenticità, abbiamo realizzato una seconda epica campagna raccogliendo la cifra record di € 4.3 M. Oggi siamo una vera e propria public company del pane con 947 soci!
