In Italy, Pizza al Taglio creates a mystical bond - it’s a declaration of friendship…an act of love, if you will. And quite simply, we missed this.
We missed the variety and the quality of Italian slices. We missed the memories of our Nonna’s home-baked pizza al taglio, who’s new toppings created new experiences every time. But most of all, we missed the experience of nibbling and sharing squares of pizza al taglio with a glass of wine or pint of beer, in good company.
