Rising Phoenix is four-sided, interconnected, end-to-end marketplace bringing students, college counselors, higher education admissions teams, and corporate recruiters to one platform. For students, it allows them to find out: what they want to do, where they want to do it, and how to get there. The platform follows them throughout the educational journey through STEAM career entry, in a gamified way that sparks their interest. For college guidance counselors, it provides a one-stop workflow to manage hundreds of students’: grades, college applications, career interests (verified by gamification modules), counselor appointments, and internal messaging. For higher education institutions, the platform provides high-quality leads to targeted diverse demographics, supported by several years of quantitative and qualitative data to identify candidates who create an ideal fit with Rising Phoenix educational and corporate partners.
