Saudi Arabian Oil Company -Saudi Aramco- has appointed Al Fadhili Housing Company as the Landlord to build, own, operate and transfer to Saudi Aramco the Fadhili Bachelor Camp. (FBC) This camp will accommodate Saudi Aramco employees working in the North Oil and Gas Productions and Operations Areas in the Fadhili region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The FBC occupies an area of approximately 700,000 square meters and will include the development, construction and further operation of serviced apartment buildings, recreational and support facilities with a capacity over 2,500 units.

About Public Investment Fund (PIF) is building a world-class domestic and international investment portfolio, and is positioned to be transformed into the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund. Background The Public Investment Fund was originally established in 1971 to invest in commercial projects. In addition to making select investments in a range of companies and assets domestically and internationally.
