Endeit Capital is a growth capital firm fueling internationalization and innovation. We have been boosting European tech scale-ups for almost two decades. Why do we do it? In Amsterdam, our journey as a European scale-up investor began in 2006. Now, with three offices across Europe and backed by 72 entrepreneurs, we are proud of our portfolio. Visionary entrepreneurs In the canvas of innovation, the belief in the power of technology drives us forward. Through the landscapes of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and algorithms, we embark on a mission of intelligent empowerment. It’s a commitment to visionary entrepreneurs who are the architects of the future. We’re proud to support entrepreneurs shaping the future. Our Buy&Build strategy effectiveness is underscored by 40 add-on acquisitions across 22 countries. European focus Rooted in Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden, we catalyze change across Europe with our latest €300M+ fund. But it’s not all about the numbers. Together with a team of international colleagues, we celebrate personal connections. Entrepreneurs return for a second act; portfolio innovators join us as limited partners and former employees find their way back to contribute. Segments With AI as the overall denominator, we focus on Future of Work, SalesTech, Supply Chain & Procurement, FinTech and ClimateTech. Join us on a journey into the heart of innovation, where purposeful investment isn’t just a concept—it’s the force that shapes a brighter, more empowered future for all.

We are an early-stage venture capital fund based in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Stockholm. We invest Europe-wide and have active investments in the Benelux, DACH, and Nordic regions. We are fully funded and ran by experienced entrepreneurs. We value eye-to-eye conversation, transparency, and complete teams. As investors, we specialize in models, rather than particular industries or verticals. We have more than a decade of experience in scaling marketplace, platform, and SaaS companies. Our sweet spot is pre Series-A We are proud of our colorful portfolio of over 40 investments (and awesome founders!) with strong exits including IENS (exit to Tripadvisor in 2015), Radionomy (exit to Vivendi in 2016), CheapCargo (exit to PostNL in 2017), United Wardrobe (Exit to Vinted in 2020), and Catawiki. Providing “runway capital” to talented starters who are ready for take-off! Currently the fund is closed. Inspired by aviation, Marco Aarnink started St. Elmo's Fire as an angel investment fund. St. Elmo's Fire is a weather phenomenon in which a blue light is created by a discharge from an object in a strong electric field in the atmosphere (for example in thunderstorms). This discharge is sometimes created by the nose or the wings of an airplane. The plane will light up blue! It then looks like the plane is flying through the lighting of a thunderstorm, which must feel like a moment of glory to the pilot, an absolute discharge of the ultimate success! Take your seats and let's head up to St. Elmo's Fire!
