OxVent Ltd is a mission-driven ISO 13485 accredited medical device manufacturing social enterprise.
OxVent Ltd’s mission is to innovate inherently robust low-cost medical device technology aiming to improve accessibility to life-saving medical ventilation in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs).
OxVent Ltd, formed in the early days of the C19 pandemic at the University of Oxford and King’s College London, built an 80-strong team of students, engineers, medics and manufacturers to work on the UK Government’s ventilator programme. Their award-winning development gave rise to the OxVent ventilator.
