XUA [sh-wah], meaning flow in Portuguese, provides radically natural craft energy drinks, delivering unexpected potency and great taste to an energy consumer is underserved. Similar to beer in 2007, the energy category will be elevated beyond the functional to deliver excellence and do away with “natural flavors,” sugar, artificial sweeteners and petroleum-based caffeine.
Massachusetts is home to one of the largest Brazilian immigrant populations in the US. XUAs founder is one of those immigrants. Proudly adopting the state as her home, Marina went to Brazil to develop XUA, an alternative in the hyper- masculine, synthetic energy drink market.
