THIS is what happens when two meat-lovers checked out meat-free food, and decided that we didn’t want any of it. We had a job before we co-founded THIS, in 2019. We established and ran a burger (as in, beef) restaurant chain. As far as u-turns go, this is a whopper. When we left that business we realised some stuff: That maybe we should eat less meat.
