Caviar de Neuvic est une entreprise à mission française, implantée à Neuvic en Dordogne, qui élève des esturgeons, produit et commercialise le Caviar de Neuvic, premier caviar certifié Bio en France. La marque Caviar de Neuvic est la première marque de caviar certifiée B-Corp dans le monde. La société a été créée par Laurent Deverlanges, ingénieur ONIRIS, passionné par l’élevage des poissons. Il est accompagné dans son projet dun groupe dAssociés actifs, issus du monde du luxe et des marques alimentaires de luxe. Depuis 2023 les actionnaires se sont regroupés dans une holding française, le Groupe Prunier, leader de la production de caviar en France, présent avec plus de 20 boutiques dans 6 pays. En 2023, la société compte une soixantaine de salariés sur Neuvic, Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Rennes et Nice.
