CITA geeft samen met Hogeschool Utrecht en bedrijfsleven duale HBO IT opleidingen vorm die naadloos aansluiten bij de beroepspraktijk. Afgestudeerde MBO studenten krijgen de kans aan het werk te gaan bij de CITA-bedrijven en hun kennis te verdiepen en verbreden. CITA geeft voorlichting aan alle stakeholders en werft en selecteert jong IT talent voor afstudeerstages en studeer/werk plekken. Programma Job in the Cloud Het programma jobinthecloud.nl voor Cyber Security & Cloud engineers is een groot succes. Studenten worden gedurende de opleiding door CITA intensief begeleid en ondersteund met trainingen gericht op de opleiding en persoonlijk leiderschap. Nieuw programma Dream Developer In augustus 2021 is het nieuwe werken/studeren programma voor Software Development gestart op initiatief van NLDigital. Samen met Hogeschool Utrecht is hiervoor de duale Hbo opleiding Software Development ontwikkeld.

The NBIP is an independent non-profit organization that contributes to a safer Internet by jointly purchasing expensive facilities that are only occasionally needed. The NBIP was established in 2002 by a group of Internet service providers, as an institute for implementing wiretapping warrants as stipulated in the Dutch Telecommunications Act. Since then, the organization has become a reliable institution with a growing number of members. In addition to wiretapping services, the NBIP also offers the well-known NaWas, one of the largest anti-DDoS systems in Europe. The NBIP attaches great importance to sharing knowledge. We conduct surveys, speak at events, inform members regularly about new developments, and organize meetings where members can swap their experiences.
