Generasjon M jobber med samfunnsinnovasjon og er et selskap i vekst. Vi tar for oss to samfunnsutfordringer med én løsning: ungdom tilbys en vei inn i arbeidslivet gjennom deltidsjobber – der de arbeider med å redusere ensomhet og fremme aktivitet og trivsel blant de eldste på sykehjem. I dag har vi avtaler med kommuner som Oslo, Moss, Våler, Indre Østfold, Aurskog-Høland, Nordre Follo, Ringerike, Øvre Eiker og Holmestrand. Våre 250 unge M-venner besøker 38 sykehjem, omsorgsboliger og tilrettelagte boliger hver uke. I samarbeid med kommuner og stiftelser har vi de siste årene laget en nyskapende avtaleform om sosial innovasjon, og vi kan dokumentere svært gode resultater.
