Graanstokerij Filliers staat aan de top van de onafhankelijke bedrijven in de Belgische en Luxemburgse sector van de “premium spirits”. Aan de oevers van de Leie, in het pittoreske Bachte-Maria-Leerne in België, verscholen tussen de uitgestrekte weiden en graanvelden, maakt graanstokerij Filliers sinds 1880 premium spirits zoals graanjenevers, fruitjenevers, cream jenevers, gin, whisky, ... Het ambachtelijke stookproces bij Filliers in traditionele koperen alambieks (distilleerkolven) is een zeer delicate evenwichtsoefening waarbij het vakmanschap en jarenlange ervaring van 5 generaties meesterstokers een grote rol speelt. Filliers distilleert en ‘coupeert’ volgens een zorgvuldig bewaard familiegeheim, dat door stichter Karel Lodewijk Filliers aan de vier volgende generaties meesterstokers werd doorgegeven om tot de meest exquise gedistilleerde dranken te komen. De Filliers Dry Gin 28 getuigt van dit buitengewone vakmanschap en werd internationaal meermaals bekroond met een gouden of zilveren medaille in internationale wedstrijden (o.a. San Francisco, Londen). Daarnaast verdelen met onze divisie Filliers Import & Distribution in exclusiviteit ook geestrijke dranken van buitenlandse producenten zoals Stroh Rum, Glengoyne (whisky), enz. Maar dan enkel van diegenen die net als Filliers kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel dragen.
