Propel Capital is the investment arm of Sting, the leading Accelerator for startups in the Nordics, backing only Sting companies. With investments in more than 200 startups, Propel Capital is Sweden’s most active private pre-seed investor. The capital in Propel Capital comes from experienced private investors and the state-owned fund-of-fund Saminvest. The business angels are actively looking for investment opportunities in promising startups and often invest directly in Propel Capital’s portfolio companies.

Vårt bestånd omfattar ett hundratal fastigheter med cirka 3 500 lägenheter, 200 lokaler och ett antal garage- och parkeringsplatser runt om i Stor-Stockholm. Tillsammans med vår engagerade personal sköter vi allting själva, från projektutveckling och fastighetsskötsel till trädgårdsarbete och ekonomi. Vi vårdar det vi har, vi köper och renoverar gammalt och vi bygger nytt. I grund och botten handlar det om att ordna tak över huvudet åt människor, skapa hem där människor kan trivas. Men också att utveckla områdena kring våra bostäder. Vi vet att väl fungerande närmiljö bidrar till den trygghet och trivsel som gör att våra hyresgäster väljer att bo hos oss.
