Melo App is the first digital beauty assistant in Turkey that offers innovative and fun ways to find personalized beauty services, where and whenever needed. Our website and mobile application primarily offer delivery of 5-star beauty services to our customers’ homes. We are using a seamless technology that provides personalizing services. Additionally, we provide our collaborator cosmetic brands with important data analysis by collecting feedback about the products we have given away to our customers and beauty specialists.

Tarihi Kemeraltı İnşaat Yatırım Ticaret A.Ş, İzmir’in gelişimine gönül vermiş, iş dünyasının önemli isim ve şirketlerinin de aralarında bulunduğu 116 ortağın, kent değerlerini korumak ve geliştirmek için sosyal sorumluluk bilinci ile oluşturdukları çok ortaklı bir gayrimenkul şirkettir. Birçok tarihi mekânı ve antik kalıntıları içinde barındıran Kemeraltı ve çevresi için farklı dönemlerde, çeşitli çözüm arayışlarına rağmen harcanan emekler yeterli gelmemiş; yapılan çalışmalar İzmir’in en gizemli, en renkli, en büyük açık hava alışveriş merkezi olan Kemeraltı ve çevresini eski parlak günlerine döndürmeyi başaramamıştı. Buradan yola çıkarak kentin tarihi dokusunun düzenlenmesi, korunması ve şehir değerlerinin gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması için en doğru oluşumun çok ortaklı bir şirket anlayışı içerisinde gerçekleşeceğine inanan ortaklar, fikir insanlarının destekleriyle Tarihi Kemeraltı A.Ş. ‘yi 19 Kasım 2012 tarihinde kurmuştur. TARKEM, Kadifekale, Basmane, Konak üçgeni arasında kalan 270 hektarlık bölgede bulunan tarihi, dini ve turistik kent değerlerini asıllarına uygun şekilde canlandırılmasına katkı sağlayacak ve İzmir’i benzerlerine Prag, Budapeşte, Lizbon gibi Avrupa şehirlerinde rastlanan “Eski Kent” konsepti ile tanıştıracaktır. TARKEM, İzmir’in markalaşma sürecinde, kentimizin tarihi değerlerine sahip çıkarak İzmir’in bilinirliğini, itibarını, ticari potansiyelini arttırmak ve kentin merkezinde yer alan tarihi ile iç içe olan bu hazineyi gün ışığına çıkartmak için çalışmaktadır. TARKEM, Tarihi Kemeraltı Bölgesi’nin çöküntü alanlarında mekan karakterine bağlı olarak, gerekli rehabilitasyon-yenileme politikalarını üreterek toplumsal yaşam ve mekan standartlarının yükseltilmesi ve iyileştirilmesine katkı sağlayacaktır. Sosyal Sorumluluk bilinciyle kent değerlerinin korunması, topluma kazandırılması ve kentlilik bilincinin gelişmesine katkı sağlanması Tarihi Kemeraltı İnşaat Yatırım ve Ticaret A.Ş firmasının ilk ve en önemli amacıdır.
