Nuland Partners was born out of our founders desire to take his many years of experience in real estate data and analytics and apply those insights to help investors capitalize on this dynamic and vibrant asset class. Our founder and CEO Kraig Clarke began his career in real estate by co-founding and eventually becoming the COO of CoreLogic, a leading provider of real estate related data. After growing the business into a successful enterprise he chose to step back and apply what he had learned to a new business venture, real estate investing.
