The Captive Insurance Council of the District of Columbia, Inc. (CIC-DC) represents captive owners, service providers and professionals in the District of Columbia, one of Americas premier domiciles for captive insurers. CIC-DC was formed to advance the District of Columbias presence in the captive marketplace, advocate on behalf of its members before state and federal policymakers, provide educational opportunities for its members and the public, and serve as a forum for members to meet and exchange information and ideas.
