AfroBoost Brazil is a career acceleration program designed to promote the development of high-potential Black and Brown professionals by connecting them with experienced mentors from the corporate sector. Upon graduation, AfroBoost talents become more connected and prepared to take on leadership roles in national and multinational companies, expanding their economic opportunities.
