La Société Algéro-Saoudienne d’Investissement (ASICOM) a été créée par une convention signée et ratifiée entre les gouvernements de l’Algérie et du Royaume d’Arabie Saoudite. L’activité de la société a démarré en 2008. Son siège est à Alger.
Le capital social, détenu à parts égales, est de huit milliards de dinars algériens (8 000 000 000 DA-Soit 75 millions USD), totalement libérés.
Financement de l’investissement, de toute nature et dans tout secteur. Il est réalisé par des apports en :
Capital, par la création de sociétés et/ou par des prises de participations dans des sociétés existantes;
Comptes courants associés.
ASICOM est gérée par un Conseil d’Administration de six membres (trois représentants pour chacun des actionnaires). Il est présidé par un membre Saoudien. La Direction Générale est assurée par un Algérien. Le Conseil d’Administration se réunit au moins une fois par trimestre. Il statue sur l’ensemble des opérations d’investissement.
