Apollomics is an innovative biotechnology company committed to the discovery and development of oncology combination therapies. With operations in both the U.S. and China, we believe we are well positioned to unlock synergies by leveraging the strengths of partnerships with other biotechnology companies in the East and the West.
Since our founding in 2015, under the leadership of our experienced management team with in-depth knowledge and expertise of the evolving cancer treatment landscape, we have built a pipeline of ten (10) drug candidates across 12 programs that focus on oncology, of which five (5) drug candidates are at clinical stage. The drug candidates in our existing pipeline can be categorized into three (3) groups based on their mechanisms of action, each of which contains drug candidates at different stages of development. The first group is “tumor inhibitors”, which consists of four (4) small molecule inhibitors against different uncontrolled growth signaling pathways in cancer cells, one of which is our Core Product, a c-Met inhibitor. The second group is “anti-cancer enhancers”, which could enhance the anti-cancer effects of other treatments. This group comprises two (2) antagonists against a cell adhesion receptor, which are being developed as adjuncts to chemotherapy. The last group is “immuno-oncology drugs”, which take the advantage of the body’s immune system to fight cancer. This group comprises four (4) drug candidates, including mono-specific and bi-specific antibodies that releases the natural brakes of immune response against cancer cells, as well as a novel cancer vaccine.
Having three (3) groups of drug candidates with different mechanisms of action would enable us to develop potential synergistic combination therapies that address unmet needs in cancer treatment.

Iterion Therapeutics is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel cancer therapeutics. The companys lead product, tegavivint, is a highly specific and potent first-in-class small molecule inhibitor of TBL1 (Transducin Beta-Like Protein 1), a novel downstream target of the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway.
Iterion is advancing clinical programs of tegavivint in tumor types with a high prevalence of Wnt/beta-catenin activating mutations, such as hepatocellular carcinoma. In parallel, the company has deep collaborative relationships with leading institutions studying tegavivint in complementary investigator-sponsored trials in acute myeloid leukemia, non small cell lung cancer, pediatric tumors and lymphoma.

It is a private-public partnership in the form of a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that connects the Region’s innovation assets to provide integrated technical knowledge, financial means and entrepreneurial/managerial expertise to turn promise into prosperity for the region while advancing human health.
BHI will accomplish its mission by building an entrepreneurial ecosystem, working directly with federal and academic technology transfer offices, making various types of risk capital readily available to promising biohealth startups, strengthening and connecting the local supply of industry talent, developing a regional brand and reputation, and advocating for improved business and regulatory conditions in the industry.

Black Canyon Bio (BCB) is developing novel products for treating cancer using our proprietary Specific Neo-Antigen Peptides (SNAP) Technology platform. SNAP Technology has product development applications across many cancers and other diseases.
SNAP Technology was developed by Dr. Sunil Sharma and his team at the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen), part of the City of Hope Medical Network, where Dr. Sharma is a Deputy Director of Clinical Sciences and Professor and Division Director of Applied Cancer Research and Drug Discovery, and directs the City of Hope Center for Cancer Prevention and Early Detection.
BCB’s first two products, SNAP-Vac (a personalized cancer vaccine) and SNAP-TIL (a personalized cellular therapy) will start human clinical testing in 2024. The market for cancer vaccines and cellular therapies is expected to grow exponentially during the next decade, and these SNAP-based cancer treatments have the potential to be leading products.
