Anderson Venture Impact Partners (AVIP) is a self-sustaining student-led impact-focused investment fund that targets non-concessionary financial returns as well as positive social and/or environmental outcomes in the U.S. related to pertinent current issues faced at the time of investment. We achieve these targets by deploying capital into early stage for-profit companies whose impact is embedded into their business models. With seven investments to date, AVIP has investment experience across four verticals: Education and Workforce Development, Health and Wellness, Financial Inclusion, and Environmental Sustainability. AVIP provides: • Access and insights as a strategic partner for companies that are trying to effectively solve societal and environmental problems while limiting negative externalities. • Partnership on impact measurement and tracking. Our quarterly impact reports can be used to enhance your tracking. • Access to faculty and alumni boards and the larger UCLA community as well as exposure across a network of a global MBA program.
