Forandringsfabrikken (Changefactory) is a national foundation whose aim is to contribute to better services for children and young people, based on responses from children and young people themselves. Changefactory invites cooperation between children and young people, professionals and authorities - so that services for children and young people such as schools, mental health services, child welfare services, mental health care and correctional facilities are as useful, safe and effective as possible. Changefactory work is based on the values: with openness, humility, love and in close collaboration with children and young people. In Changefactory, children and young people are the "pros" and themselves convey concrete advice for change to professionals and national authorities.

Forskerfabrikken is a leading social enterprise working to promote STEM education in Norway. Forskerfabrikken was founded in 2002 by biochemist Hanne S. Finstad. Our company’s goal remains the same: Inspire kids to explore and engage with science. Just as other after school activities, we want science to be a natural part of children’s everyday life.
