Building Opportunities in Support of Sisters (BOSS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the professional and financial prospects of low-income, first-generation, and minority women ages 15-22. Our summer program addresses academic excellence, college readiness, entrepreneurship, and health and wellness. Following the summer, we provide participants with six months of mentorship, lectures from industry experts, career workshops, and field trips, equipping them to be their best and well-rounded selves in the workforce.
