Alli Connect we are on a mission to help fix the mental health crisis that afflicts our first responders and military. Alli Connect is a breakthrough mental health care service for first responders. Our powerful tool proactively promotes wellness and positive change in public safety. Alli Connect’s platform is customized to each individual customer department to drive high engagement and ensure no one slips through the cracks. The anonymized data gathered provides insights on critical indicators of department risk, mental health & wellbeing like depression, anxiety, burnout & PTSD. Our unique approach to proactive mental healthcare has been validated by more than 5 years and over 4,500 clients, increasing success in access to mental health care from 19% to 88%! Alli Connect was founded and is led by Colleen Hilton, a first responder therapist for over 20 years and former law enforcement spouse. Our technology was co-developed in collaboration with our beta first responder partners and the Alli Connect team is made up of a diverse group of professionals with first responder backgrounds themselves. We are now going live in new states across the US and are looking for partners who share our mission and vision to ensure every first responder ends their career as healthy as they started.
