SmartHR tika izveidots 2017. gadā, kā mūsdienīga tīklošanās platforma personāla vadības profesionāļiem. Mūsu vīzija bija izveidot satikšanās vietu HR kopienai, kur uzzināt par inovācijām, iegūt jaunus kontaktus un dalīties pieredzē stratēģiskajā personāla vadības procesu vadībā. Viss sākās ar ikmēneša semināru organizēšanu, kas arī līdz šim ir SmartHR vizītkarte. No pirmsākumiem sākām veidot SmartHR blogu jeb lasītavu, kurā šobrīd ir pieejami 200+ raksti par personāla vadību. Ar laiku SmartHR darbība paplašinājās - reizi gadā sākām organizēt SmartHR Akadēmiju, kas pārtapa par milzīgu digitālo HR zināšanu krātuvi, savukārt pandēmijas laikā startējām ar starptautisku konferenci Future of HR. Paralēli attīstījām konsultāciju virzienu un sešos gados esam palīdzējuši 50+ uzņēmumiem atrast un ieviest piemērotāko IT risinājumu personāla vadības procesu pilnveidošanai. 2023. gads iezīmēja nākamo izaugsmes posmu SmartHR attīstībā - esam paplašinājuši SmartHR konsultantu pulku un dibinājām SmartHR Lietuva.
