Canopy is an industrial full-stack manufacturer expanding capacity of critical ceramic materials & components for the U.S. Space and Defense industry. The company leverages additive manufacturing, robotics, and software to displace conventional methods, significantly reducing lead time and cost for use cases such as space vehicles, hypersonics, propulsion, semiconductors, and radar systems. New capabilities of the future require high-rate, high-complexity ceramic components to enhance performance and efficiency of critical end-use systems. Canopy is on a mission to expand industrial capacity and capability of advanced ceramic materials for the American Industrial Base used on the most critical-mission systems.

Overlook Ventures, investing in founders building the infrastructure of risk across AI, autonomy, and regulated markets. Rooted in San Francisco, we invest early in the systems that measure, manage, and transfer risk and the infrastructure enabling the safe deployment of AI and autonomous systems. Our check size ranges from $100k to $1M. We prefer to lead or co-lead rounds at the any Seed stage, but can also participate as an angel in rounds with an existing lead.

Venture For America is a national nonprofit and two-year Fellowship program that gives recent college graduates firsthand startup experiences to help them become strong leaders. Fellows learn important startup skills at Training Camp, apply for jobs within our company network, and work for two years as full-time, salaried employees in one of 13 cities.
