Through a series of innovative events and creative collaborations, this group of advocates works together to raise vital awareness and donations for UNICEF’s work. So far, $8mn+ has been raised for Unicef's work. Our current focus is on Ukraine as per the state of the emergency and discussions with Unicef. Our future projects will be determined in partnership with Unicef and with direction from our Board of Advisors Unicef works to save and improve children’s lives, providing health care and immunisations, clean water and sanitation, nutrition, education, emergency relief and more. We also partner with other charities on a case-by-case basis.

The Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center is a nationally recognized leader in the effort to end domestic violence and provide care for victims. For over 40 years, we have been providing advocacy and support services to families and communities from Greater Newburyport to the Merrimack Valley. Our mission is to empower individuals and engage communities to end domestic violence. We offer: - free, comprehensive services that support adult and child survivors as they heal from the trauma of domestic abuse; - programs in schools that teach students how to lead conversations about healthy relationships, recognize signs of an abusive relationship, and become empowered to make positive and healthy decisions; - tools and strategies to reduce domestic violence homicides; - a 40-week program certified by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health for people who use violence in an intimate relationship. Our team is comprised of 45 staff members who use evidence-based approaches to meet the complex needs of adults and children in crisis due to domestic violence. While we all have different roles—from administration to fundraising, advocates to attorneys, educators to program facilitators—we all share a common goal. We are dedicated to ending domestic violence and providing care for survivors and their families.

Domestic and international research has found that a $1 investment in children and their well-being yields a tenfold return to society. UNICEF USA supports UNICEF’s status as the world’s leading voice for children. We advocate for policies that improve outcomes for children globally while making America safer, stronger and more prosperous. In fact, in 2024 alone, UNICEF procured $770 million of therapeutic food, medicine and other critical supplies and services from U.S. companies across 37 states. UNICEF USA has been awarded GuideStars Platinum Seal of Transparency, the highest rating, in recognition of the honesty and visibility we provide to supporters. Weve also earned a Four-Star rating from Charity Navigator, the best possible score for nonprofits, indicating to donors that they can confidently give to UNICEF USA as our passions and values are aligned with our supporters. UNICEF USAs reported program expense ratio of 86 percent means we are a highly efficient charity, as defined by independent monitors. For every dollar spent, 86 cents goes directly toward helping children; we spend about 12 cents on fundraising costs and just under 2 cents on administration.

Serving the Greater Boston area, Global Care Medical Group, P.C. and our staff of Internal Medicine Physicians have been in practice for over 20 years. We provide care not only at our facility but also in the local area hospitals and nursing homes.
