Build Health International (BHI) promotes global equity by developing high-quality health infrastructure to enable access to dignified and affordable healthcare to those who need it most. Working with public sector and NGO partners in fragile health systems, we develop infrastructure solutions that elevate the quality and accessibility of healthcare in the most impoverished and resource-constrained regions of the world. Infrastructure is an essential, yet often overlooked, tenet of global health. Organizations seeking facility support in under-resourced regions routinely face two imperfect options: importing models and methods from the Global North, designed without regard to local efficiencies, or utilizing under-resourced assets that are unable to deliver the quality and durability needed. BHI offers a third alternative - a common-sense approach to infrastructure that allows for delivery of high-quality care, that can also be operated and maintained in a resource-constrained setting. We work to make each of our healthcare facilities a part of robust public healthcare systems that will provide long-term quality, accessible, and affordable care to the local community.

Millennium Campus Network (MCN) is a global student network addressing humanity’s greatest challenges. Since 2007, MCN has provided training, connections, and credentials to university undergraduates making a difference in communities. This support is provided through primary programs including the Millennium Fellowship and the Millennium Oceans Prize. Undergraduates cultivate core values, hone skills, and deepen their impact in communities as a result of these programs. Partners In Health (PIH) is a non-profit, global health organization that fights social injustice by bringing the benefits of modern medical science first and foremost to the most vulnerable communities around the world. PIH focuses on those who would not otherwise have access to quality health care. PIH partners with the world’s leading academic institutions to create rigorous evidence that shapes more sound and all-inclusive global health policies. PIH also supports local governments’ efforts to build capacity and strengthen national health systems. As of today, PIH runs programs in 11 countries (Haiti, Peru, Rwanda, Mexico, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Malawi, Lesotho, Russia, Kazakhstan, Navajo Nation), where it provides direct care to millions of patients, through public facilities and community engagement.
