上海新昇半导体科技有限公司成立于2014年6月，坐落于临港重装备区内，占地150亩，总投资68亿元，一期总投资23亿元。 新昇半导体第一期目标致力于在我国研究、开发适用于40-28nm节点的300mm硅单晶生长、硅片加工、外延片制备、硅片分析检测等硅片产业化成套量产工艺；建设300毫米半导体硅片的生产基地，实现300毫米半导体硅片的国产化，充分满足我国极大规模集成电路产业对硅衬底基础材料的迫切要求。新昇半导体一期投入后，预计月产能为15万片12英寸硅片，最终将形成300mm硅片60万片/月的产能，年产值达到60亿元。新昇将与世界一流技术接轨，达到世界先进水平。 300mm百纳米以下工艺技术现已成为半导体工业主流技术。从国内市场来看，中芯国际、武汉新芯、华力微电子、无锡海力士、西安三星电子、联电和台积电等众多知名半导体企业已在北京、上海、无锡、西安等城市建成了十多条300mm芯片生产线，同时筹建中的生产线也在积极规划和实施中，这些都势必会对300mm硅片造成大量需求。新昇的建成，将彻底打破我国大尺寸硅材料基本依赖进口的局面，使我国基本形成完整的半导体产业链，为我国深亚微米极大规模集成电路产业的蓬勃发展奠定坚实的衬底基础，带动全行业整体提升产品能级，同时也将带动国内硅材料配套产业的发展，如高纯气体、高纯化学品、高纯石墨制品、石英制品等高端制造业，通过与国际半导体主流市场的合作，为国内半导体业吸引到更多的国际伙伴，带动全行业的协同发展。 新昇半导体的核心团队由来自中国大陆、中国台湾、日本、美国、韩国、欧洲等多个国家和地区的资深专家和各类专业人士构成，均为半导体硅片行业的一流技术和管理人才，有着多年300mm大硅片研发与生产实战经验。为确保300毫米半导体硅片制造技术在国内成功落地，核心团队成员从产品研发、生产制造、质量管控、市场销售、团队建设等各方面进行全方位的规划、设计和落地实施，确保公司产品技术、质量、成本等各项指标满足半导体晶圆制造市场的需求，达到世界一流技术和服务标准，打造中国晶圆民族品牌，为中国半导体产业的发展做出自己最大的贡献！
