Umiami is a French foodtech that was founded in 2020 with the mission to reduce worldwide meat consumption and its impact on health, animals, and the environment. We are pioneers in the development of a patent-pending process for texturizing plant proteins called "umisation". With our umisation technology, we can recreate the meat and fish fillet experience without compromising on taste and texture.
After opening our first pilot plant innovation center last year, Umiami will inaugurate its first large-scale production plant in October 2023. The 14,000m2 site is located in Duppigheim, France, close to the German border, and will have a production capacity of 7,500 tonnes per year with one production line. Umiami is now fully ready to offer its first 100% plant-based chicken fillet to food processing and catering companies.

Artsy envisions a future where everyone is moved by art every day. To get there, we’re expanding the art market to support more artists and art around the world. As the leading marketplace to discover, buy, and sell fine art, Artsy believes that the process of buying art should be as brilliant as art itself. That’s why we’re dedicated to making a joyful, welcoming experience that connects collectors with the artists and artworks they love.

DAMIR DOMA is a Milan based fashion brand founded in 2006. The Croatian-born designer grew up surrounded by toiles in his mother’s atelier in Germany and later studied fashion in Munich and Berlin, where he graduated in 2004. After gaining experience in the ateliers of Antwerp designers Raf Simons and Dirk Schönberger, he relocated to Paris.
DAMIR DOMA launched the first menswear collection on the official schedule for the Spring Summer 2008 season, and three years later showed the first women’s prét-à-porter collection for Autumn Winter 2010. Having enjoyed considerable commercial success to date, the DAMIR DOMA collections can be found in leading luxury and avant-garde boutiques across the globe – including Dover Street Market, L’Eclaireur, Joyce, and Le Bon Marche. The DAMIR DOMA Paris boutique in the courtyard next to Comme des Garçons at 54 Rue Faubourg Saint-Honoré was opened in late 2012.
The designer’s work is harmoniously linked by a sense of uniform and an obsessive interplay between shadow and light, with designs that encapsulate a measured study of proportion and a juxtaposition of rough and refined textures. Questioning the modern wardrobe, garments offer multiple expressions of identity – contrasting elements of androgyny with dress codes across cultural and historical spheres.

côte&ciel is an homage to the productive collision of forces you’ll find at the meeting point between coast and sky. The elemental inspiration we find in the natural world is augmented at our home base in Paris. Our studio, in the Marais district, is ideally located within a city where the merging of art, spatial design, architecture and fashion is a long established tradition. The brand is the culmination of the divergent worlds of fashion and industrial design. Started in 2008, we design in an instinctual way - focusing equally on traditional design techniques as well as cultivating an open-minded philosophy that is willing to embrace both the forms and functions of the natural and industrial worlds.
Our artistic vision is fueled by a constant pursuit of balance. We transform surface into volume, engineering and moulding each product as an expression of sculptural form.
Our team has grown and now includes entrepreneurs, fashion, industrial and graphic designers, and product engineers. As a brand that sits at the pulse of culture and design côte&ciel regularly collaborates with other influential brands that push the boundaries of creativity such as Comme des Garçons, MYKITA, Y's, Pensole, John Undercover and Liam Hodges.
The company is lead and represented by CEO and Managing Director Florian Beetz.
