In Germany, there is currently a shortage of over 15,000 doctors, which exceeds the number of upcoming medical professionals in many areas. Hospitals are increasingly relying on foreign doctors to address this shortage. However, they face significant challenges such as a highly complex process for medical licensure and a lack of connectivity between German hospitals, clinics, and foreign doctors. With Get2Germany, we are developing a platform that connects doctors with German hospitals, clinics, and training providers. Our approach utilizes automated and personalized compilations of relevant information, job advertisements, and course offerings to provide doctors with a quick overview. Additionally, we offer hospitals, clinics, and training providers the opportunity to showcase themselves on the platform and generate interest among doctors. Our initiative aims to address the current shortage of doctors in the German healthcare system. We recognize the potential of integrating foreign doctors as a viable solution. Through Get2Germany, we seek to facilitate the connection between doctors and the relevant German institutions by providing comprehensive and tailored information, enabling doctors to make informed decisions efficiently. Moreover, our platform offers hospitals, clinics, and training providers a means to present themselves effectively, thereby attracting the interest of doctors.
