Fifth Element is now Trimble Forestry Europe Oy. Trimble Forestry is a vertical of Trimble Inc., a global company established in 1978 and traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Trimble has 10 000 employees, with 250 dedicated to forestry software solutions. In 2015 Trimble acquired Fifth Element Oy. During 2017 Trimble expanded forestry business operations in Finland with the acquisition of Savcor Oy, based in Mikkeli and Espoo, and Silvadata Oy in Espoo. The three Finnish companies are now combined into a single entity under the name Trimble Forestry Europe Oy, and our brand is now unified worldwide as Trimble Forestry.
