Our residence features a total of 21 well-appointed studios and 3 spacious full apartments, providing a range of accommodation options to suit your needs. Each studio is fully equipped with a kitchen, including a microwave, a private full toilet, and a cozy 1.40 bed. The apartments offer additional space and privacy, perfect for students seeking a shared living experience. One of the highlights of our residence is the inviting common living room, complete with a balcony that offers stunning views of the surrounding area. Additionally, we provide a convenient on-site laundry room, making it easy for you to take care of your laundry needs without leaving the premises.
