LUDOCARE is a French digital health company on a mission: to prevent complications from pediatric asthma as early as possible. In France, asthma affects 1 in 10 children, causes over 42,000 hospitalizations each year, and remains the leading cause of school absenteeism. Yet, up to 75% of these hospitalizations could be avoided with better adherence to treatment and properly mastered inhalation techniques. This is the therapeutic purpose of JOE, our CE-marked Digital Medical Device, specifically designed to improve asthma control in children and prescribed by healthcare professionals. JOE supports children in adopting correct inhalation techniques, strengthens treatment adherence, and facilitates both parental and clinical monitoring through a dedicated mobile app. Its clinical efficacy has been demonstrated in children aged 7 to 11 in a multicenter study conducted across 17 hospitals and clinics in France. Créé en 2016 par le Docteur Fanny Jacq, médecin psychiatre, et par Benjamin Maquet, entrepreneur diplômé de lESSEC, Doctopsy est une entreprise dont lambition est de faciliter laccès aux soins dans le domaine de la santé mentale. Doctopsy a développé deux solutions innovantes : - Une plateforme de télémédecine (https://doctopsy.com/home) qui permet aux patients de prendre rendez-vous en téléconsultation ou en présentiel avec un psychiatre, un pédopsychiatre, un nutritionniste, un addictologue ou un psychologue. Le site doctopsy.com facilite laccès aux soins pour des patients ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer (handicap) ou habitant dans des zones blanches médicales. La plateforme réunit près de 200 praticiens spécialisés en santé mentale, avec un large panel de sous-spécialités, ce qui permet également aux patients dêtre suivis par le praticien adapté à leur pathologie. - Une application thérapeutique "Mon Sherpa" (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/mon-sherpa-mon-coach-psy/id1471975438?l=fr&ls=1). Conçu par des psychiatres et des psychologues, Mon Sherpa s’appuie sur des techniques éprouvées de TCC (thérapies cognitives et comportementales), de psychologie positive et de méditation de pleine conscience. Le développement de l’application a été supervisé par un Comité scientifique réunissant des chercheurs (CNRS, Hôpital Pitié-Salpétrière…) et des experts dans l’accompagnement psychologique. Utilisant linterface dun chatbot, lapplication propose aux utilisateurs des exercices adaptés à leur profil. L’application permet également un suivi au quotidien de lhumeur, des émotions et du sommeil ; un accès à des informations santé, des conseils pour mieux vivre au quotidien, des fiches pratiques sur les droits et les aides ; un suivi du traitement médicamenteux, avec un système de rappels.

Founded in 2011, Endodiag is specialized in the development of products and services aimed at improving the diagnosis of endometriosis, a complex and poorly known disease, affecting yet 10% of women of reproductive age (over 180 million patients worldwide!). Located in Evry, France, within Genopole, the French largest Biocluster, the company leverages the experience of its scientific cofounders who have been working in this field for over 20 years and a network of major hospital centres both in France and abroad. Although endometriosis is a major cause of subfertility (40% of affected patients are infertile) and chronic pain, it takes an average 8 to 10 years between the onset of the disease and its diagnosis, currently only achieved through surgery. With its EndoGram® prognosis program, Endodiag contributes to improving current diagnostic practice by providing additional biological information for a personalized medical and therapeutic management for each patient. In parallel, the company develops a new non-invasive diagnostic test making endometriosis detection much easier and faster. Finally, Endodiag offers drug testing services to pharmaceutical companies enabling them to make early in-vitro evaluation of drug efficacy of cell lines and patient-derived cell cultures.
