Created in 2011 in Paris, CORUM Investments manages more than 7.5 billion euros and has more than 250 employees spread across seven countries who contribute every day to the effective management of the investments & savings of more than 130k people worldwide. CORUM buys real estate all over the world, rents it exclusively to companies and distributes the potential gains, every month, as a result of the rents paid by the tenants. It is also responsible for the entire management of the properties, both in terms of maintenance and the relationship with the lessee companies, with the goal of establishing relationships of trust and long-term contracts. As of December 2024, Corum has more than 300 buildings in 17 countries that are rented to over 550 companies. CORUM Investments is part of the CORUM BUTLER Group, whose core business are Real Estate Investment and European Bonds.
