NKP | M&A Insights is a primary intelligence platform focused on non-public and early-stage M&A processes across Northern Europe.
We provide private equity funds, M&A advisory firms, lenders and corporates with early, validated intelligence - typically months before opportunities become visible through public channels or traditional data platforms.
Our coverage spans the Nordics, DACH and the UK & Ireland and is delivered through an integrated subscription model combining:
- a high-cadence daily intelligence feed,
- a proprietary platform with structured data on live and emerging processes
- confidential briefings that provide additional market context.
NKP is built by a team with deep financial and transactional backgrounds and is designed as a team-wide intelligence layer rather than a per-seat research product. The intelligence is investor-centric, data-driven and embedded in professional workflows.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Copenhagen, NKP | M&A Insights today serves more than 200 private equity funds, M&A advisory firms, and lenders across Europe.
NKP also works discreetly with company owners and advisors who wish to provide contextual information on their business to a professional investor and advisory audience, without signalling a sale or mandate.

We are a first-money and incubation investor. We partner with people with whom we share a vision, and work together to figure out how to get there. We will never say “come back when you have traction”. If we like the WHY and the WHO, the WHAT and HOW is what we figure out together.
We don’t see our investments as “bets”, but as companies we want to exist in the world. Entrepreneurs put all their eggs into one basket and don’t have a portfolio to optimise. We like to think like that: we focus on only a few opportunities at the time and do everything we can to make them work. We think, take risk, and are incentivised much more like Founders than funders.
