Who are we We are solution-oriented diversity equity and inclusion consultants who work for - and call for - practical equity work. Our office is in Stockholm but we take assignments remotely and physically both nationally and internationally. Our history Make Equal has worked practically with equity and inclusion in organizations since 2010. We are a non-profit, politically and religiously independent foundation founded by Ida Östensson to accelerate the work for equality in society. Back then, we were called Crossing Boarders but, in the spring of 2016, we got our current name.

Positive psychology is the science of the strengths, capabilities, and emotions that make societies, organizations, and individuals reach their full potential for well-being and achievement. The Swedish Institute of Positive Psychology offers trainings and research based on positive psychology to businesses, organizations, and groups.

We are a knowledge lab, an ongoing collision of thought – developing framework towards holistic value creation where business can act as change agents in a world where sustainability, responsibility, agency are business as usual. All our activities aim at challenging and strengthening Inter Business, which provides framework for business strategy to shift perspective.

Srey is a value-driven group of companies, which have come together to push the shift towards holistic value creation of corporations. We leverage our core competence to identify and intensify value-driven change by building companies together with innovators and entrepreneurs who share our vision. Together, the businesses of Srey develop solutions for specific client and customer needs, and help their clients move beyond sustainability. Srey is also a founding corporate partner of Inter Business Initiative – a nonprofit knowledge lab, developing theoretic framework for holistic value creation. We engage in this open-source creation of knowledge because the framework informs all of our business decisions – and because we believe that the exploration of holistic value creation is imperative for our time.
