Start-up We at Givt are a start-up, so not a large company (yet). But we are working on a large product. We are growing fast because many organisations are joining our enthusiasm. What we do? Givt offers a solution to a problem. The problem Fewer and fewer people carry cash. That is a problem during collection. People who want to give cannot do so, so foundations and churches miss out on a lot of money. The solution Givt is the solution for participating in a collection without cash. Everyone has a smartphone nowadays, by installing the Givt-app an amount can be given with one simple movement; just as easy as cash.We care about giving. That is why we want to make it possible for everyone to be able to contribute, in an easy and personal way. Because technology should serve life and not the other way around. Working at Givt We are a team of specialists, divided over the Netherlands and Belgium. Each one of us is actively working on the development and improvement of Givt. Our system and software must be able to serve thousands of users who give simultaneously.

Veja Mate is an offshore wind farm with a capacity of 402 MW being built in the German North Sea. The project is located ~95 km NW from Borkum island in the German Exclusive Economic Zone, an area with strong, steady winds. This will allow our 67 Siemens SWT-6.0-154 turbines, each with a capacity of 6 MW and a rotor diameter of 154 meters, to produce enough electricity for 400.000 German homes every year. Over the lifetime of the park, we will offset over 18 million tonnes of CO2 from being introduced into the atmosphere, making a significant contribution to the sustainability targets of Germany, and Europe.
