KRAFTBLOCK is an energy storage system that is able to decarbonize industries like steel, glass or ceramics, food, chemicals or paper. It will even help renewables to have their break-through in industrial heating. The modular and easily scalable system is based on a newly developed storage material that consists of app. 85% upcycled materials. It can store up to 1.2 MWh thermal energy at a temperature level up to 1,300 °C. Due to its modular character, a single module might also be used as a mobile storage unit, that enables you to charge the storage in one place, transport it by truck or train to another place and utilize the heat at the new location. We decarbonize by storing and utilizing formerly lost or wasted heat. This means Kraftblock minimizes the usage of fossile fuels, avoids the formation of carbon dioxide and increases the economic value of formerly lost or wasted energy.

Most recent news: GreenCom is excited to announce we are now part of Enphase, a leading global energy technology company. We are a leading energy IoT company developing the energy system of the future. With our white-label energy IoT platform, our customers, utilities, OEMs or ESCOs, can integrate millions of distributed assets like solar PV, battery storage, electric vehicles or heat pumps. Furthermore, our platform visualises and optimises energy flows for customers and end customers. We enable white-label end customers services like energy communities, as well as smart green heating, smart charging or home energy management. In order to make functioning smart grids a reality, end customers have to be actively integrated into the energy cycle. Customers, many of them micro-producers, will win extra value from smart applications which allow them to fine-tune their household/company energy efficiency or to manage their individual power generation or storage unit, such as solar panels or electric vehicles. Our software allows utilities to integrate the many micro-producers into their offering, thereby increasing the general efficiency of the network and provision. At the same time, our compelling web portals and mobile apps, displaying personalized and relevant information increase customer retention and enable new business models and ways of customer interaction for utilities and ESCOs.
