Lab RH is a not-for-profit organisation born in 2015 from the grouping together of innovative players in the field of Human Resources with the aim of federating, energising and promoting HR innovation in France. Our ambition: "Inspiring HR to play an active role in the future of work". Were convinced that businesses have never had to think as hard as they do today about how their work structures, working methods and HR practices are changing. In this context, it seemed essential to us that the many players involved in innovation in France should have the opportunity to meet and make themselves known to corporate and institutional players. This observation led us to take the initiative of organising these encounters to encourage synergies between players and collaborations. Le Lab RH is an ecosystem that today brings together more than 300 start-ups in the sector, as well as companies, universities, schools and research laboratories working on HR innovation. Lab RHs partners include ConvictionsRH, Mercer, Sigma-RH and Softgarden, as well as AEF, Arcaneo, Atlas HXM, Châteauform, IGS, Littler France, PageGroup and Venero Capital Advisors
