Founded in 2025, AmendX is a healthcare technology company focused on restoring financial stability to providers by fixing one of the most broken parts of the healthcare system: insurance claim denials. Built at the intersection of artificial intelligence and revenue cycle operations, AmendX develops software that learns how individual insurance payors behave and deploys AI agents to execute the workflows required to overturn denied medical claims. Rather than relying on generic denial management tools, the AmendX platform trains on real claims, denials, and appeals data to understand the patterns, documentation requirements, and appeal strategies unique to each insurer. Using this intelligence, the system orchestrates specialized AI agents that analyze denied claims, assemble supporting documentation, generate insurer-specific appeals, and manage the submission and follow-up process required to secure reimbursement. Through a secure, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, AmendX integrates with provider revenue cycle workflows while automating one of the most resource-intensive operational tasks in healthcare: denial recovery. The platform is designed to adapt as payor rules evolve, continuously improving its appeal strategies and execution through real-world feedback. The company’s early team includes engineers, healthcare operators, revenue cycle specialists, and AI researchers dedicated to rebuilding the balance of power between providers and insurers. With expertise spanning medical coding, utilization management, payor policy analysis, and agentic AI systems, AmendX is developing the next generation of provider-side financial infrastructure. AmendX is currently in its pre-seed/seed fundraising phase as the company expands its payor intelligence models, deepens partnerships with oncology clinics and revenue cycle organizations, and prepares for broader deployment across health systems nationwide.

World Labs is a spatial intelligence company building Large World Models (LWMs) to perceive, generate, and interact with the 3D world. We aim to lift AI models from the 2D plane of pixels to full 3D worlds – both virtual and real – endowing them with spatial intelligence as rich as our own. We believe that humans are innovative, curious, and creative; science and technology are both manifestations and drivers of these impulses. Propelling AI forward with spatial intelligence will also propel forward both individuals and humanity as a whole. Toward this goal, World Labs will develop spatially intelligent LWMs that can understand and reason about the 3D world from images and other modalities. Over time, we expect to train increasingly powerful models with broader capabilities that can be applied in a variety of domains, working alongside people. These are ambitious goals, so we are building an ambitious company to tackle them.
