De Groene Afslag is een circulaire hub, met alles-is-anders vergaderzalen, heerlijke horeca, evenementen en het thuis van De Veranderschool. We willen mensen verleiden, ze comfortabel uit hun comfortzone halen en laten ervaren dat verandering leuk, lekker en fijn kan zijn. En haalbaar! Want we moeten in ons leven (thuis èn op ons werk) een paar dingen anders gaan doen, willen we het een beetje prettig houden op deez’ aertkloot. Bij De Groene Afslag laten we zien dat de wereld kan vergroenen en dat jij het ook kan. In september 2025 verhuist De Groene Afslag naar haar nieuwe thuis in een oud militair pand, volledig circulair herontwikkeld. De nieuwe Groene Afslag is ongeveer 2,5x zo groot en ligt ommenabij ongeveer precies 423 meter van de huidige locatie. Dan krijgen wij naast onze anders-dan-anders vergaderzalen en horeca ook een eigen hotel.

Our world is filled with boats, with packed harbours as a result. However boat-owners can not use their boats as much as they would like, still they pay high fees for harbour dues, taxes, maintenance and insurance. Imagine being able to sail anywhere in the world, discover new places all over and get to know people from all different cultures and backgrounds with who you can share experiences directly. We chase a world in which anyone can free their inner captain. A place where people who share the same interests and goals are brought together. A place where sailing will be accessible to anyone. All of this required a new place, a sharing-platform where boat-owners can meet people who love sailing. A place where knowledge is shared in order to challenge one to discover the world, a platform with the message: ‘’ Free Your Inner Captain!’’. www.barqo.co
